Our Women In Construction program is an unprecedented initiative aimed at increasing the participation of women in the construction sector in New South Wales.

Developed in partnership with the NSW Government, the program is providing aspirational women the opportunity to gain hands-on experience AND an accredited industry qualification.

Successful candidates work full-time, are professionally trained and mentored, and are on track for a long-term career with us - one of Australia's leading construction contractors.

 

Our program offers...

A Robust Rotation Program

A Robust Rotation Program

You'll rotate through a variety of functions and disciplines, giving you on-the-job experience in roles like  contracts administration, estimation and planning.

Women-Women Mentoring

Women-Women Mentoring

You'll have access to a structured 'Mentoring Circles' program that will allow you to network and learn from leading women in our business.​

Learning from Leaders

Learning from Leaders

You'll participate in masterclasses run by our business leaders and SMEs, where you'll gain technical knowledge and develop your leadership skills. ​

Strong Peer Support

Strong Peer Support

You'll be supported by your peers, and have access to on-line and in-person forums where you can actively participate in discussions that enhance your learning and knowledge. ​

Accredited Training

Accredited Training

You'll have the opportunity to obtain a fully sponsored Certificate IV in Project Building Support. In addition, you will be supported through dedicated study time.​
