Built Environs is delivering the Beaumaris Secondary College Stage 2 project within their busy College campus. The scope includes the design and construction of new school buildings and the refurbishment of existing spaces along with associated external works and services. Designed to accommodate 5000 people, State Sport Park includes a 1000-person capacity grandstand, incorporating a large function centre, commercial kitchen and extensive changeroom facilities. As the new home of Football SA (FFSA), the grandstand will also feature a museum celebrating the history of football in South Australia, and new administration offices. The integrated facility will provide elite training facilities catering to all levels of participation from grassroots to elite competitions, and is central to South Australia’s proposal to host official games for the upcoming 2022 Women’s World Cup.
