We have recently welcomed Anna Pearson to the role of General Manager Human Resources. With over 12 years of experience within the business, Anna has supported both the McConnell Dowell Group and Aveng Group with her exceptional leadership and commitment to fostering a strong people-focused culture. Throughout her career, Anna’s qualifications in psychology and business have been pivotal in driving the organisation's development agenda, ensuring that people remain at the core of strategic decision-making.
Anna’s contributions to the business include the integration of McConnell Dowell Corporate and Aveng during the 2024 leadership transition, the deployment of leadership programs with Melbourne Business School, the digitalisation of HR reporting to Power BI, the introduction of comprehensive job evaluation and grading process, and the implementation of a multi-national payroll and HR Information System. She has also been instrumental in advancing the company’s commitment to gender equality, spearheading early initiatives such as pay equity reviews and improvements to parental leave policies.
