We are now a Tasmanian Employer of Choice!
Chosen by an independent panel of employment experts, we were recognised at a recent event hosted by Jobs Tasmania (Department of State Growth), where Tasmanian Minister for Skills, Training and Employment Felix Ellis acknowledged our induction as a 2024 Employer of Choice.
The event saw employers from a range of industries come together to celebrate best practice. The theme of the event was health and wellbeing.
The Employer of Choice Program (Tas) recognises employers that are creating positive workplaces, by caring about their people and building well-managed, inspiring workplaces, providing our business with a competitive edge in attracting and retaining staff.
The program has been around since 2008 and is well known in the Tasmanian community. We are now part of that special group of employers in the State.
