In a move towards sustainability, our team on the Auckland Airfield Drainage project has installed 4,495 metres of HDPE piping made entirely from recycled materials.
This project utilised 3.36 tonnes of recycled material sources from everyday items such as milk and cleaning bottles. The pipes were purchased and manufactured in Melbourne, reducing the purchase of this pipe from further afield.
By choosing 100% recycled HDPE pipes, Auckland Airfield is setting a new standard for eco-friendly infrastructure development.
